Online marketplace Snapdeal.com on 15 June 2015 acquired Letsgomo Labs, a mobility solutions company for an undisclosed sum. With this acquisition, Snapdeal will strengthen its position in mobile commerce as online consumers in India are increasingly choosing to shop over their phones.
After the acquisition, the 76-member team of Letsgomo will join Snapdeal and strengthen the organisation’s mobile technology capabilities.

Earlier in May 2015, Snapdeal acquired Martmobi that enables seamless mobile connectivity with customers' existing back-end systems, in addition to a real-time analytics engine to improve conversions and user engagement.

Letsgomo Labs
• Letsgomo Labs was founded by Manav Kamboj and Vikas Banga. The company works with leading e-commerce companies to help them strengthen their mobile capabilities.
• It provides mobile technology solutions, design and strategy, besides consulting businesses in conceptualization of applications and mobile sites to implementation and hosting of the mobile platform.
